The work
Payment validation required extracting information from documents and monitoring the results. The team built a workflow that made those checks less manual.
My contribution
As an AI engineer at KPMG Bahrain, I helped deliver the production solution. My work covered document extraction and how those values fed into the payment-validation workflow.
Later, as a Senior Associate, I led separate projects and guided junior colleagues. That work covered requirements, solution design, implementation and deployment.
Outcome
The team delivered a solution that achieved approximately 90% extraction accuracy and reduced manual monitoring workload by approximately 40%.
