Vendor-offer extraction for RFQs
Extracting details from uploaded offer documents for sellers responding to RFQs.
The workflow
Sellers responding to an RFQ often have the offer details in a document, while the product asks for those details in structured fields.
My contribution
At Penny Software, I built AI-assisted document extraction for RFQ and vendor-offer submissions. Sellers can upload an offer document, review the extracted details and use them to populate the response. My work connected the front-end flow, backend APIs and Python AI service.
Outcome
The feature shipped in Penny Software’s procurement product. It gives sellers a starting point for an RFQ response without entering every offer detail from scratch.
